Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped using our priority service. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately, and a tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience.

Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than receiving a defective item.

Defective Items:

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
  3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
